John Moise is a songwriter, music creator, and lifelong student of music

Music has been a part of John Moise’s life for as long as he can remember. As a child, he was constantly singing to himself, creating melodies, and exploring the sounds and rhythms that would later become the foundation of his songwriting career. His creative interests expanded into poetry and piano, but many of his musical ideas still begin the same way they did years ago—with a simple beat boxed rhythm and a melody taking shape in his mind.

At the age of fourteen, John wrote his first song, a lighthearted piece inspired by hanging out at the mall with friends. What started as a fun creative exercise quickly became a passion that would continue to grow throughout his life. Songwriting gave him a way to tell stories, express ideas, and connect with people through music.

While attending the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, John continued pursuing his passion for music. Alongside a friend, he performed hip-hop music at clubs in Miami, gaining valuable experience on stage and learning firsthand how music can bring people together. Those performances helped shape his understanding of entertainment, audience connection, and artistic expression.

In 2000, John founded Momusic Studio, a creative company that would serve artists for more than two decades. What began as a recording studio evolved into a full-service creative resource offering music recording, photography, graphic design, web design, artist management, and consulting services. Throughout the years, John worked with more than fifty artists while wearing many hats as a producer, engineer, songwriter, mixer, mastering engineer, manager, and creative consultant.

After more than twenty years of helping others bring their artistic visions to life, John has returned his focus to his own songwriting and music projects. Today, he spends much of his time writing songs, developing musical concepts, and creating albums that reflect his personal experiences, observations, and creative vision.

John Moise Music Group was created as a platform for sharing those songs and ideas with the world. The label serves as the home for John’s growing catalog of original music and future releases across multiple genres, including R&B, Soul, Hip-Hop, Spoken Word, Jazz, and Neo Soul. Free from creative limitations, the project allows him to explore different sounds while remaining committed to meaningful songwriting and authentic storytelling.

John’s mission is simple: create music that entertains, inspires, and delivers positive messages through stories rooted in real-life experiences. Whether through soulful melodies, thought-provoking lyrics, or heartfelt narratives, he hopes listeners will find something that resonates with their own journey.

Looking ahead, John continues to build a catalog of original music while pursuing opportunities in film and television licensing. Through every song, album, and project, his goal remains the same—to share music that connects, inspires, and stands the test of time.
